Operation Principle
The screw conveyor operates using a helical flight mounted around a central pipe or solid shaft within a tubular or U-shaped trough. As the screw rotates, materials accumulate in front of the advancing flight and are pushed through the trough. The system can convey and elevate materials simultaneously when mounted at inclines up to 15°, combining multiple operations in one efficient unit.
