Lift type high speed bottle unscramble machine:
The automatic bottle unscrambler is consist of elevating type bottle feeder,unscrambler main body, bottle output system 3 sections.
1, the bottle feeder hopper and the side plate material is SUS304 stainless steel. With food grade baffle conveyor belt and driving motor. The feeder upload bottle to 2m height and drop bottles in the unscrambler. And the conveyor running speed is adjustable.
2, lift type bottle unscrambler is consist of outer tank, bottle lifting-droping system, umbrella tower, when the machine work, The lifting device moves up and down to push the bottle up and put bottle on dropping slot, and on bottle drop slot remain one bottle only, and a device will reject bottles stacking.the bottle which remained on the dropping slot will be located by bottle mouth.and then the bottle drop in the slot, then send the bottle out of bottle unscrambler.
The top part of the unscrambler is an umbrella bottom silo, which is equipped with sensors to detect the number of bottles in the silo. When the quantity of bottles in the silo is small, the bottle feeding machine automatically starts lifting and feeding into the bottle to replenish, and the bottle feeding machine automatically stops supplying the bottle when the silo is full.
3, The bottle-out system is a star wheel turntable, which rotates synchronously with the bottle-drop slot. The bottle in the bottle-drop slot is pulled out into the bottle-output turntable by the guide rail, and then the bottle is fed into the bottle conveyor
