The carbonated beverage filling equipment is made of high-quality SUS304 materials, the main components are processed by CNC machine tools, and the bubble water steaming beverage filling machine adopts advanced photoelectric detection to detect the operation status of each component, which has the advantages of no bottle filling, no bottle without cap, and high degree of automation.

It mainly used for producing Carbonated beverage; since carbon dioxide gases(CO2) are pressurized to mix with liquids , the pressure throughout the filling system is typically 0.3 Mpa-0.6Mpa. and because CO2 is more stable at low temperatures, low temperatures increase the solubility of CO2 in water. To increase the amount of carbon dioxide dissolved in water, the beverage is usually mixed and filled at 0-5℃;and there are many other factors affecting CO2 content in carbonated beverages.

The filling part adopts advanced micro-negative pressure gravity filling principle, which is fast, stable and accurate. Make sure the liquid level is accurate and free of liquid damage.

The capping part adopts the magnetic torque type capping head, and the capping head made of copper material can realize the function of grasping and screwing the cap quickly and accurately.
