1. How soon can I get the quote?

Please offer the below info:

A: Order quantity per patch and per year.

B: Trade terms, such as FOB price or CIF price, if CIF, please tell us the destination port.

For products listed on website, quoted will be offered in 1-2days.

For products customized, quote time base on communication with plant, generally in 1 week.

2. How the quality be warrantied?

Process control:

For every job, a small lot of bottle samples confirmed by two parties (you client &we company) will be sealed and set as benchmark. The benchmark will be used in scope of quote, contract, production and aftersales service.

Plant selection & control:

Qualified plant selected, our QE will offer in process quality control for the job produced.

3. What is your delivery time?

For stock items, if ordered quantity not over stock, delivery as your wish.

For items with glass mould, around 4 weeks.

For items without glass mould, mould lead time plus bottle trial production about 6 weeks.

4. What solutions will be taken in case of quality issue?

In case of the product you received with quality issue, please take photos and tell us the defected quantity, we together will take out the sealed benchmark bottle samples, if it is confirmed responsibility at our side, we will replace the defected items to you at next PO. Also, we will issue quality complain report to have CAR (correct action response) so that such defect not happen anymore.
