Q1. How to get a sample?
A: Please contact us with your demand details then send the artwork file to us such as AI, CDR and so on, then we calculate the cost, we only charge the mould cost and sample cost free, freight collect.
Q2. What is your terms of delivery?
A: FOB, EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.
Q3. Do you have stock products to sell?
A: NO,We work on OEM orders. That means size, material, quantity, decision, packing solution, etc will depend on your requests.
Q4. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 50% as deposit, and 50% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q5. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 10-12 days after receiving your advance payment.
