Q1. Are the samples free or not?
If making for our regular customers,which are free.But for new clients,if only less than 3 pcs,we are also pleasured to offer free samples to you.

Q2. What is your payment term?
Payment is 30% deposit,70% balance on T/T before delivery.Or L/C at sight is also accepted.

Q3. How are the orders shipped?
By sea.We arrange cargo to port of departure or port of destination(Shipment/freight to be paid by the buyer).

Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

We usually ship sample by FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping optional for mass production.

Q5. Do we do customers' design?
Customers' designs are warmly welcomed.Of course,it's our responsibility to protect your designs,arrange our powerful designs group to make samples for you and try our best to meet your demands.

Q6. Is it OK to print my logo on your product?

Yes. Please inform us formally before our mass production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
