1) Custom Design-- Making custom mould/logo/package first.
2) Samples-- Making samples for you check.
3) Confirm Order-- Signing sales contract after samples confirmed.
4) Deposit-- 30% deposit before mass production.
5) Production arranged-- we will process the production.
6) Remaining payment-- after inspection, balance before shippment.
7) Shipping-- we will ship the goods to destination port.

4. FAQ
Q1. What's the payment term and lead time?
Our payment term is 50% in advance and 50% against the B/L copy or 100% L/C at sight.
Delivery time is one month after recieved the prepayment and confirmed the sample.
Q2. What's the minimum order quantity?
For regular bottles, it's 1~2 x 40HQ. For unique designed bottles, we can discuss accordingly.
Q3. What if I need samples for test?
We can send you our available samples by freight account collect. For new custom made bottles, you can pay us test mold and sample cost first, and then we will make samples for you within 20 days.
Q4. What if quality problem?
We can never guarantee 100% no quality problem, but we guarantee we will be responsible for any quality problem that is caused by us!
Q5. What about the delivery way?
We can offer the door to door services by air or by sea, all justdepend on your actual request. Such as DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, EMS…by air; and the sea transportations.
