The TMRW-1 tandem rig enables precise detection of flaws perpendicular to rail surfaces, including lack of fusion and porosity across the entire weld height with exceptional sensitivity and reproducibility.
Technical Operation
Features probe holders for two 45° angle beam probes that move in opposite directions - one transmitter and one receiver probe. Rotary knobs allow simultaneous probe position adjustment for comprehensive weld scanning from root to top.
