TSW-20 Series Digital Display Webster Hardness Tester with 0-20HW Range for Portable Aluminum Alloy Testing
The TSW-20 series digital display Webster hardness tester (also known as clamp hardness tester) is a portable instrument designed for rapid on-site hardness testing of aluminum alloys. Testing is quick and straightforward—simply clamp the device, and the hardness value is displayed directly. This instrument is ideal for determining whether workpieces have undergone heat treatment, verifying heat treatment effectiveness, identifying inappropriate alloy usage, and testing large or assembled components that cannot be easily transported to a laboratory. Primarily used for measuring aluminum alloy hardness (1100~7075 series), it serves production inspection, acceptance testing, and quality supervision applications.
- Suitable for testing aluminum alloy profiles, pipes, and plates
- Ideal for rapid, non-destructive qualification inspection at production sites, sales locations, or construction sites
- Quick and direct hardness value display
- Webster hardness values can be converted to Vickers, Rockwell, Brinell hardness, and tensile strength values
- Range: 0-20HW
- Accuracy: ±0.5HW
- Display resolution: 0.1HW
- Measuring range: Equivalent to 20~110HRE
