Product Introduction — BSC Coarse Crusher for Dried Oregano Leaves
Dried oregano arrives at the processing plant as whole leaves, often mixed with stems. Before it can become seasoning flakes, herb tea cut or fine oregano powder, it first needs to be broken down into uniform small particles — and that is exactly the job of the BSC Coarse Crusher from Brightsail.
Built entirely from food-grade stainless steel, the BSC reduces bulky dried herbs to an adjustable 0.5–20 mm output at a rate of 50–1000 kg/h, feeding directly into fine milling or packaging as the first step of a complete powder line.

Stainless steel throughout; quick wash-down between batches prevents flavor cross-contamination
