Material powder grains are absorbed into the material tap with ambient air, forming an air-material flow that travels through the absorption tube to the hopper. The system separates air from materials, with separated materials sent to receiving devices. A pneumatic triple valve controlled by the central system manages material feeding and discharging cycles.

The vacuum feeder includes a compressed air opposite blowing device that pulses compressed air to blow off powder attached to filter surfaces during each discharge cycle, ensuring continuous material absorption capability.
