The BSZ Pin Mill Grinding Machine is a high-performance industrial grinder designed for processing various food and chemical raw materials. This versatile machine efficiently grinds fruits, walnuts, coffee beans, cocoa beans, peanuts, rice, and other materials into fine powders ranging from 40 to 1000 mesh.
Working Principle
The machine features bidirectional grinding wheels that rotate in opposite directions, significantly enhancing crushing efficiency. With two grinding discs equipped with specially arranged needle cylinders, the system achieves optimal material splitting through three-dimensional simulation technology. The needle configurations (hexagonal, square, wolf teeth) can be customized based on material requirements, with wolf teeth design particularly effective for engineering plastics at room temperature.
