Working Principle
The BSDF hammer mill operates with three distinct milling areas working simultaneously. Materials enter the mill chamber where they are crushed, then transported via blower force to the cyclone for discharge. Ultra-fine powder is separated into the dust collection box, ensuring a dust-free and continuous production process.
Particle Size Control
Fineness specifications range from 20 to 120 mesh. Particle size is controlled by adjusting rotor speed through the main motor converter operating panel on the electric control box.
