Our BSDF advanced hammer mill delivers exceptional grinding performance for various spices including chili, turmeric, coriander seeds, and cinnamon, as well as food materials like chickpea, cassava, and tea leaves. The system achieves powder fineness from 10 to 80 mesh for spices and up to 150 mesh for other food materials.

Material enters the mill chamber and passes through three groups of high-speed rotating knives sequentially. The material undergoes three crushing stages within a single chamber, transforming into fine powder. A specialized device between the middle fine crush and fine mill knife groups prevents coarse granules from entering the fine milling area, ensuring consistent powder fineness. Variable rotor speed controlled by inverter allows precise adjustment of particle size.

The complete system includes crusher section, cyclone separator, dust collection box, blower, and electrical control panel. The dust collection system features removable bag frames with pulse-jet cleaning for convenient operation. The cyclone effectively separates dust from powder granules, while the rotary valve ensures uniform powder discharge.

Primary wear components include hammer knives and liners, with hammer knives lasting approximately 1 year and liners approximately 2 years under normal operating conditions.
