Industrial Maize Grinder & Flour Mill Pulverizer
BSP ultra-fine pulverizer is engineered for pharmaceutical, chemical, foodstuff, magnetic material, and powder industries. This advanced grinding system combines crushing with dust absorption and continuous discharging capabilities, representing the latest generation in industrial milling technology.
Working Principle
The machine consists of crusher, cyclone separating device, pulse dust absorption box, and blower components. Through the relative movement of rotation disc and fixed fluted disc, materials are efficiently crushed. The crushed material enters the cyclone separating device via rotating centrifugal effect and blower gravitation, then discharges through the outlet. Dust is collected in the absorption box and recycled through filtration, with adjustable fineness via sieve modification. Manufactured according to GMP standards using stainless steel construction, ensuring zero dust emission.
