Product Description
Brightsail's cryogenic grinder uses liquid nitrogen as the cryogen energy to achieve high-quality grinding of materials at low temperature. This industrial milling machine is designed for grinding medicines, food products, and plastics in high value-added applications.
Advanced Control System
The system features microcomputer control for precise volume and nitrogen amount regulation. Operators simply set the expected fineness value, and the intelligent control system automatically adjusts temperature, refrigerant valve size, discharge rate, and other parameters based on host current, chamber pressure, and pipe flow readings.
Working Principle
Using liquid nitrogen as the cold source, materials are cooled to embrittlement at low temperatures. The embrittled material enters the pulverizer cavity where high-speed rotation of the impeller creates repeated impact, shear, collision, and friction between materials and the tooth plate. The crushed material is classified and collected by an air classifier, with insufficiently fine material returned to the silo for continued grinding while most cold air is recycled back to the material bin.
