The BS cryogenic pulverizer utilizes liquid nitrogen as a cooling medium to achieve efficient plastic powder production. When materials reach their brittle state at low temperatures, they enter the mechanical crushing chamber where high-speed rotating blades and gears perform repeated impact, collision, shearing, and crushing actions to achieve optimal pulverization results.
Working Principle
This equipment employs liquid nitrogen to cool materials to their brittle state. The cooled materials enter the pulverizer chamber where high-speed impeller rotation creates repeated impact, shear, collision, and friction forces, effectively breaking down the materials. The pulverized particles are collected by air classifiers, while materials not meeting fineness requirements return to the bins for continued processing. Most cold air is recycled back to the bins for efficient operation.
