Superfine Icing Sugar Food Powder Machine
The BSP ultra-fine pulverizer is an advanced industrial grinding machine featuring stable technical performance, low noise operation, minimal energy consumption, high efficiency output, adjustable fineness control, and low temperature rise. This equipment is specifically designed for processing sugar, edible powders, Chinese herbal medicine, spices, and similar materials.
Machine Configuration
Complete system includes crusher assembly, powder collection device, conveying pipeline, and electric control box. The crusher section incorporates an air classification system for precise particle size control and prevention of over-grinding. Crushed powder is transported via negative pressure to the cyclone dust collector and discharged through the outlet valve.
Operating Principle
Raw materials enter the crushing chamber through screw feeding mechanism. High-speed cutters and eddy currents generated by high-frequency vibration perform cutting and shearing actions. Under negative pressure effect, crushed powder enters the classification wheel where centrifugal force from air knife separates oversized particles (returned to crushing chamber) from qualified powder (discharged through pipeline).
