Our BS hammer mill grinder efficiently processes materials across food, pharmaceutical, chemical, and industrial sectors. The system utilizes high-speed cutting and grinding knives to transform various materials into fine powders with adjustable particle sizes.
The hammer mill consists of three main components: frame, mill chamber, and feeding mechanism. A movable cutter head mounted on the principal axis works in conjunction with a fixed gear ring installed in the mill chamber. Below the gear ring, a customizable screen determines final particle size.
During operation, high-speed rotation of the principal axis drives the movable cutter head, creating multiple crushing actions including impact, friction, cutting, and material-to-material collision. This comprehensive approach ensures efficient powder production with smooth operation and minimal maintenance requirements.
