Working Principle
The machine consists of three main components: frame, mill chamber, and feeding section. A movable cutter head on the principal axis works in conjunction with a fixed gear ring installed in the mill chamber. Below the gear ring, a screen controls particle size. During high-speed operation, materials undergo impact, friction, and cutting actions between the fixed gear ring and movable hammer, resulting in efficient powder production.
