Laboratory Herbal Powder Grinding Machine
Our BS high-speed hammer mill is engineered for precision grinding of herbal materials, wheat grass, lemon leaves, and various powder industry applications. Constructed from premium 304 stainless steel, this equipment ensures hygienic operation and durability for pharmaceutical, chemical, and food processing applications.
Working Principle
The grinding system features a movable cutter head on the principal axis and a fixed gear ring within the mill chamber. Materials undergo multiple crushing actions including impact, friction, and cutting between the gear ring and movable hammer. Particles smaller than the sieve holes discharge immediately, while larger particles continue circulating for further reduction.
