BSG Dry Food Powder Grinding Machine
Our BSG self-absorb grinding system is engineered for efficient dry food powder production with particle sizes ranging from 10 to 120 mesh. The complete system includes main machine, auxiliary equipment, transmission tubes, electric control panel, and feeding mechanism.
System Configuration
The auxiliary unit features a bag-type dust collector and damper cyclone separator for optimal dust control. The main machine incorporates an active crushing disc with reversible hammer heads, providing comprehensive crushing, classification, and air-selective centrifugal shearing capabilities with precise particle size control.
Operating Principle
During high-speed rotation, materials enter through the hopper and feeder into the crushing chamber. The comprehensive crushing action combines impact, shear, and friction between the teeth and material. Interchangeable mesh screens allow customization according to customer specifications. Fine particles exit through sieve pores while coarse materials continue circulating for further refinement.
