There are two kinds of cutters for you to choose. One is hammer type, another is disc type. The grinding effect of disc type is a little better than hammer type, which means, disc type can make finer powder than hammer type. Disc type is more likely to heat up than hammer type. When material is very heat sensitive, hammer type is more recommended.

Working method:

It uses the high-speed relative movement of the moving grooved plate and the fixed grooved plate to crush the material through the combined effect of the collision and friction of the grooved plate and the mutual collision of the materials. Because of its simple structure, firm and stable operation, and good crushing effect, the crushed material can be discharged directly from the crushing chamber of the host. The required particle size can be obtained by installing screens with different apertures.
