Industrial Vacuum Conveyor Feeder System
Our ZKS vacuum feeding machine is engineered for efficient powder conveying across multiple industries including food processing, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and plastics. The system features oil-free vacuum pumping, stainless steel components, and automated material handling.
Working Principle
Compressed air passes through vacuum generators to create negative pressure, forming vacuum airflow that transports materials through suction tubes to the feeding chamber. The filter separates materials from air completely. When the chamber reaches capacity, the controller automatically cuts off the gas source, opens the chamber door for material discharge, and initiates automatic filter cleaning via pulse back-flushing valve.
