The ZKS vacuum feeding machine represents advanced vacuum conveying equipment designed for powder materials, granular substances, and powder mixtures. This system automatically transports various materials to packaging machine hoppers, grinders, and can convey mixed materials directly to mixers, significantly reducing labor intensity and eliminating powder spillage issues.
Working Principle
The ZKS vacuum feeder utilizes a vortex air pump for air extraction, creating a vacuum state throughout the system. Material powder particles are drawn into the material faucet by surrounding air, forming an air-material flow that travels through absorption tubes to the hopper. Within the hopper, air and material separate, with the material being directed to receiving equipment. A pneumatic three-way valve, controlled by the central system, manages feeding and unloading cycles. The integrated compressed air blowing system provides pulse backflushing to clean the filter surface, ensuring continuous material absorption capability.
