Our BS screw feeder machine provides an economical and convenient solution for conveying illiquid powdered materials in food processing applications. Engineered with CE certification, this system offers simple installation, easy operation, and convenient maintenance.
Working Principle
The circular tube casing generates centrifugal force through high-speed rotation of the spiral belt, pushing materials toward the pipe wall and upward via the blade. The low-speed rotating casing, supported on rollers, facilitates forward material movement along the blade, with loading and discharging performed at both ends. The system can convey materials at slight inclinations without jamming.
