The BSST round vibrating screen is a high-efficiency industrial sifting machine designed for processing various materials including grains, powders, and food products. Constructed from durable stainless steel, this equipment features a robust design with four freely rotatable casters for flexible mobility.
Working Principle
The round vibrating screen operates through vibration force generated by its center mass. Eccentric weights on the upper and lower ends of the vertical vibration motor shaft create multi-plane vibrations. The top weight produces horizontal vibration for material movement across the screen cloth, while the lower weight creates vertical and tangential plane vibrations. Operators can adjust the spiral screening pattern for optimal throughput and screening efficiency.
