The BSZ pin mill is designed for efficient crushing of crystalline materials across multiple industries including chemical processing, dyestuffs, auxiliaries, feed production, food processing, pharmaceuticals, and non-metal minerals. This CE-certified machine delivers high output with fine particle size control while maintaining low noise levels and energy consumption.

Materials are fed through the hopper via screw conveyor into the crushing chamber, where high-speed rotating blades and fixed needle bar disks provide impact, cutting, and grinding action. The processed powder discharges through a screen, with particle size controlled by selecting appropriate screen mesh sizes.
