BSP ultra-fine pulverizer is engineered for pharmaceutical, chemical, foodstuff, magnetic material, and powder industries. This advanced system represents a new generation of pulverizers that combine crushing with dust absorption and continuous discharging capabilities.
Screen-Free Operation
This innovative machine eliminates the need for screens or sieves in the mill chamber. To adjust powder particle size, simply modify the speed using the integrated inverter control.
Working Principle
Raw materials are transported into the milling chamber via a hopper and screw feeder system. Inside the chamber, high-speed rotating cutters and gear rings perform cutting and shearing actions to complete the pulverizing process. The integrated air classifying device ensures precise powder classification, with adjustable RPM to achieve required particle sizes. Powder then moves into the cyclone unit for discharge, while micro-powder dust is efficiently collected in the dust collector for recycling. The entire process is completely sealed, ensuring zero dust emissions and clean production standards.
