Our BSR powder blender is widely used in solid solids (powder materials) and solid-liquid mixtures in the food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. For example, it is used for detergent powder mixing, coffee powder mixing and flavor powder mixing. It consists of one U-shaped horizontal mixing tank and two groups of mixing ribbon: outer ribbon displace the poweder from the end to the center and inner ribbon move the powder from the center to the ends .This counter-current action results in homogeneous mixing!

Working method:

Ribbon mixer is mainly comprised of mixing barrel, spiral ribbon and driven parts. The spiral ribbon is made of two layers. That is, the inner ribbon makes the materials move outwards, while the external ribbon makes the material move inwards which forms a good circulation of material. Ribbon moves so circumferentially that the mixer could achieve fine mixing effciency in a very short time.

Main features:

1. Horizontal tank body, need small space but more capacity.
2. Dual screw structure-The inner screw push the material form central to sides and the outer screw push the material from sides to the center to make the material effective mixing.
3. Gear box drive the auger shaft , low noise and low malfunction, long using life
4. U-Shape tank bottom, better for material discharge and cleaning
5. Pneumatic cylinder to control the discharge exit.
6. Gas pressure spring help the top cover easy open.
