Working Principle
The machine features a unique horizontal U-shaped barrel design with dual-layer spiral ribbons for efficient material mixing. Driven by the mixer shaft, the external spiral ribbons move materials inward from both sides while internal spirals push materials outward, creating continuous back-and-forth blending. This axial movement generates convective circulation, ensuring rapid and uniform mixing within short processing times.
