The machine comprises three main components: frame, crushing cavity, and feeding mechanism. A movable cutter head mounted on the spindle operates within a fixed ring gear assembly in the grinding chamber. Below the ring gear, a strainer controls particle size. During high-speed operation, materials undergo impact, friction, and cutting actions between the fixed ring gear and movable hammer, resulting in efficient powder production.
