Working Principle
This hammer mill operates with a movable cutter head on the main shaft and a fixed ring gear in the crushing chamber. During high-speed rotation, materials undergo multiple crushing actions including impact, friction, and cutting between the movable hammer and fixed ring gear. The integrated filter system ensures only particles smaller than the sieve mesh size are discharged, while larger particles continue the grinding cycle.
