The BSP ultra-fine pulverizer is engineered for industrial grinding applications across multiple sectors including pharmaceuticals, food processing, chemicals, and agricultural products. This high-performance machine processes materials such as grains, herbs, spices, vegetables, and crystalline substances into superfine powder with fineness up to 2500 mesh.
Working Principle
Material enters the crushing chamber where high-speed rotating hammers impact and pulverize it through centrifugal force. The crushed material then moves to the surrounding ring gear where alternating stress from rapid airflow changes ensures complete pulverization. A classification system separates particles by size, with coarse materials returning for further grinding while fine particles are discharged as finished product.
