The BSU universal crusher machine is engineered for efficient grinding of dried herbs including moringa leaf, with processing capacity up to 500kg per hour. This versatile equipment serves pharmaceutical, chemical, and food industries with two configuration options: vertical type with front discharge or table type with bottom discharge.
Material enters the crushing chamber through a hopper and undergoes cutting and impact from both fixed and rotating cutters. Centrifugal force automatically directs processed material toward the exit. Particles smaller than sieve holes pass through, while larger particles continue circulating for further grinding.
