The BSR horizontal dry powder mixer features a U-shaped barrel, transmission components, and multi-layer ribbon agitating blades that create efficient convection mixing. Working Principle
The mixer rotor operates directionally via a direct-coupled reducer. During operation, the ribbon blades simultaneously move material axially while creating a continuous circulation pattern - outer ribbons push material toward the center while inner ribbons move material outward, forming a comprehensive mixing cycle that achieves complete material homogenization.
