Usage:
BSR ribbon mixer is widely used in solid-solid(powder material) and solid-liquid(powder material-fluidity material) mixing in the fields of chemical industry, pharmacy, foodstuff industries.
Working Method:
The patented technology of the utility model drives the materials in the barrel to rotate through the inner diameter and outer diameter screws installed on the mixing shaft, so that the mixer can drive the animals in the barrel to rotate to the greatest extent. In the agitator structure, the screw is designed as inner and outer inverted screw and left to right inverted screw. When the agitator works, the inner screw carries animal materials and rotates near the shaft to push both sides of the shaft. Axial rotation generates axial thrust on both sides to make the materials convection, shear and mix in the pipeline, so that the materials can be mixed quickly and evenly in a short time.
