Working Principle
The horizontal ribbon mixer features a U-shaped cylinder with ribbon mixing blades arranged in two or three layers. The outer spiral gathers materials toward the center, while the inner spiral transports materials from the center outward, creating efficient convective mixing. This patented technology ensures materials are quickly and uniformly mixed through axial thrust, convection, and shearing actions.
