The system initiates with blower activation for air circulation. Air passes through the evaporator for rapid cooling, then gets discharged by the fan to directly affect products or spaces. Features include automatic outlet temperature adjustment, long-term operation capability, energy efficiency, and zero pollution emissions.
Liquid refrigerant in the evaporator absorbs heat from air, vaporizing into gas. This gaseous refrigerant gets compressed (increasing pressure and temperature), then condenses back to liquid through the condenser. After throttling via thermal expansion valve, the low-temperature refrigerant re-enters the evaporator to complete the cycle.
Includes power supply components for compressor, cooling fan, and blower operation via contactor. Automatic control features encompass constant temperature regulation, pressure protection, time delay functions, relay operations, and overload protection for automated start/stop and safety functions.
