Founded in 1998, Linked Electronics specializes in 2-32Layers PCB prototype fabrication, quick turn and high-mixed PCB production. At our facility, linked has very strict manufacturing standards, such as advanced production technology, high quality raw materials, strict standardization of operating standards and QC standards for incoming and outgoing materials.
No matter what type of PCBs, single sided PCB, double sided PCB or multilayer PCB, they have to go through similar quality inspection methods and process. Quality inspection for PCB boards usually includes visual inspection, general electrical test, general technological performance inspection and metalized via inspection. All PCBs produced by Linked Electronics are 100% e-test.
With the inspection report, a solder sample and micro section report will be sent along with the PCBs. A solder sample is non-usable board that represents a usable PCB during test processes. It can be used to test virtually every process on the assembly line.

Rohs Compliance requires that Linked Electronics and all our raw materials suppliers understand the material composition of our products—from FR4 substrate, solder mask, silkscreen, copper ball, chemicals, to surface finish and finished boards will meet Rohs Compliant.
