★ The hanger production process:
- The hanger begin as a big coils of metal wire rod which diameter 6.5mm and 5 tone to 8tone
per piece. With our wire rod drawing machine, it is stretched until it thins down to the diameter /gauge
that we need. For the standard dry cleaning hangers, it is almost only one-third to one-half of
its original diameter.
- Hanger forming process ,thanks to our stable hanger forming machines, each of our hangers
has the same shape and length.
- Next , We spray every hanger with environmentally friendly paint,Because of the proper spacing
between each hanger, the finished products of our hangers are rarely stuck together and each part
of the hanger is sprayed well.
- The hanger baking process, our oven has circulating air system, the temperature inside the oven
