Packing Details

1. Inner packing: poly foam and pearl-cotton.

2. Outer packing: standard 5 layers carton

3. Paper angle if you need.

4. Can print LOGO or shipping mark as the customer requested.

Manufacture processing

1. Prepare and choose the best raw material.

2. Press and measure steel sheet to be completely flat for use.

3. Using the CNC technology to cut steel sheets in a accurately size and punch necessary holes or shapes on

6. Acid washing every product, let them done with phosphorization, then rust-proof, static power coating and

drying them.

7. Professional technician from our QC trial to assemble, check and measure the capacity of our products and

find out the defective items.

8. The finished packed products are storage in order in case them will not mixed with other orders.

9. Experience packing staff help to use limit room put as many as products reasonable.
