1. Instruction of 12V 66Ah 32650 battery pack
The 12.8V 66Ah lithium iron phosphate battery is using cylindrical 32650 battery cell and 4s11p assembled with protection circuit. The batteries are supplied with a LiFePO4 Battery Management System (BMS)that can monitor and optimized each single prismatic cell during battery charge & discharge, to prevent the 12.8V 66Ah battery pack from overcharge, over discharge, short circuit and over current. The protection circuit helps to ensure safe and accurate running of the lithium battery pack. The battery pack size can be customized

3. Test conditions of Vibration

A full-charged cell is to be subjected to simple harmonic motion with amplitude of 0.8mm total maximum excursion. The frequency is to be varied at the rate of 1 hertz per minute between 10 and 55 hertz. After the test is completed, And the cell returned to the starting position. The cell shall be vibrated for 90~100 minutes per axis of XYZ axes. The samples should be observed for 6 hours after the test,and also check the weight loss of cells before and after the test.
