The working principle of the three-roller machine

The three-roller machine is fed by a natural hopper consisting of two middle and rear rollers and two baffles. The opposite asynchronous rotation of the middle and rear rollers leads to violent friction and overturning of the raw material, and the strong shearing external force destroys the structural stress between the molecules in the raw material particles. After the high-speed secondary grinding of the middle and front two rollers, rapid crushing and dispersion can be achieved, and various raw materials can be uniformly mixed.
