How the three-roller grinding machine works
For ultra-fine grinding, the agitator mill generally uses spherical media with an average particle size of less than 6 mm. The diameter of the grinding media has a direct impact on the grinding efficiency and the particle size of the product. In addition, the density (material) and hardness of the grinding media is one of the most important factors affecting the grinding effect of the stirrer. Commonly used grinding media are aluminium oxide, zirconia or corundum beads, steel balls (beads), zirconium beads, glass beads, natural sand, etc.
