Technical Requirements
1. All welding points are free of any spatter and welding slag, all welding seams are welded by CO2 protection welding, and the welding seams are beautiful and firm.
2. The product is sprayed with four coats of paint, that is, two coats of primer and intermediate top coat and top coat. The thickness of the paint film is not less than 0.08mm. Use high-quality polyurethane top coat and varnish. Need to be dried.
3. Mainly do not bump into during transportation.
4. Standard assembly, no brutal operation is allowed.
5. The torque of the connecting bolt shall be implemented according to the GB/T 16938-2008 standard.
