Instruction:
PioneerTex Glass Filament Reinforced Nonwoven Paving Mat is an asphalt reinforcement composite which combines a high tensile E type Fiberglass grid with a lightweight non-woven by warp-knitting processing. Then both of them coated with modified bitumen to strengthen the bond with the asphalt layers.
This glass-polypave composite provides excellent performance in stress relief and to prevent reflective cracking in asphalt overlays. PioneerTex glass filament reinforced nonwoven paving mat geo-composite provides significantly greater tensile strength at low strain when compared to the conventional paving fabric and mats, which reduces maintenance costs by delaying reflective cracking and extends the service life of the overlay.
