1. Sintered filters are included sintered powder filter and sintered wire mesh filters base on their different sintered material and technology.Sintered wire mesh filters are always made of standard sintered five-layer metal mesh, which is made of five layers of stainless steel meshes by laminating together and then sintering in vacuum. This kind of filter cartridge takes the advantages of high corrosion resistance,goodpermeability,high rigidity, easy to wash and to backwash,high precision,clean filter material,fast wire net without migration,etc. Six-layer, three- layer, one-layer sintered wire mesh filters are OK to custom-made.

2. Sintered Metal Powder Filter adopts metal powder as raw material without adding binder. After the cold isostatic pressing molding, it is made by high temperature vacuum sintering. The pore size and distribution of the element can be adjusted by selecting the size and process parameters of the metal powder particles. Using the characteristics of pore structure, material composition and compressive strength of different filtration materials, the final filter products suitable for users are developed.
