Wire mesh demister (also known as wire mesh demister, wire mesh foam trap) is used to remove the fog entrained in the gas (fog droplets), recover expensive fog droplets (precious materials), or purify the gas to reduce impurities in the gas. The wire mesh mist eliminator is made of corrosion resistant metal wire of 0.15 m~0.25 m m, or wire mesh woven by special warp and weft with engineering plastic wires such as P and P T F E, and then pressed into wave type (W type) and overlapped. The wire mesh demister has the characteristics of small pressure drop, large specific surface area and high demister efficiency. For fog droplets above 3 microns, the efficiency of fog removal can reach more than 98%.
