The utility model relates to a method for smelting inconel alloy with stainless steel dust removal ash, which comprises the following steps:

1.  First step: making dust removal pressing block :1) sorting and mixing,2) extrusion molding,3) natural air drying;
2.  Step 2: Make mother liquor: use common return scrap steel, stainless steel slag steel, pre-treated hot metal, dust dust pressing block or cr-Ni sponge iron to melt in the electric furnace as mother liquor;
3.  Step 3: Batch by batch reduction :1) After all the raw materials for mother liquor are melted, add the pressing block and coke or coke powder to be added for smelting;2) Temperature measurement sampling analysis with power supply for 15-20 minutes each time, and adding ferrosilicon powder and lime at the same time;3) The temperature of molten steel in the smelting process is 1550 ~ 1600℃;
4.  Step 4: Final reduction: After final reduction, the main elements in the liquid metal are :C≥2.50%,Si≥0.20%,P≤0.045%,Cr≥5.0%,Ni≥1.5%. This method of smelting inconel with stainless steel dust removal ash can reduce environmental pollution and improve the metal yield of dust removal ash.
